Registration

The registration office for picking up start numbers will be at Thon Hotel Arena.
Friday, 24 April: 18:00 - 20:30
Saturday, 25 April: 07:30 - 08:30 (Time may be adjusted according to the WRRC timetable).

Important: Only card payments (credit card, Visa, etc.) are accepted for collecting start numbers - no cash.

We recommend checking if Thon Hotel Lillestrøm has available rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the competition arena.
 

Thon Hotel Arena is a modern conference hotel and hub for both national and international events, located just 12 minutes by train from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. 
The competition will take place here, hence everything is conveniently situated under one roof.

For deltakelse må du ha gjennomført følgende:
Konkurranselisens
Prisen for konkurranselisens er kr 650,- i 2026. Lisensen inkluderer utvidet forsikring (mer om forsikringen kan du finne her).
Konkurranselisens er obligatorisk for samtlige utøver som deltar internasjonalt og utøver blir ikke påmeldt internasjonale mesterskap før dette er gjennomført.

Utøverkontrakt
Alle deltakere er pliktet til å signere utøverkontrakt når de skal representere Norges Danseforbund internasjonalt. Signer utøverkontrakt her.

Antidoping
Norges Danseforbund har et tett samarbeid med Antidoping Norge og vi har et stort fokus på å drive ren idrett. Alle som representerer Norges Danseforbund internasjonalt, er forpliktet til å gjennomføre Ren Utøvers e-læringsmodul. Dersom du allerede har fullført modulen tidligere (før 2026), må du gjennomføre repetisjonsmodulen.

Representasjonstøy  
Representasjonstøy må bestilles og betales av hver enkelt. Det er frivillig å kjøpe representasjonstøy.

Deltakeravgift 
Seksjonen dekker deltakeravgift for alle påmeldte utøvere, både til Nordisk og World Cup.  

Registrering 
Alle utøvere må ta stilling til om de ønsker å takke ja/nei til sin plass. Vi ber deg registrere svaret ditt så snart som mulig. Registrer ditt svar her.

The Nordic Championship and World Cup will be live streamed from 08:30 until the end of the competition.

All competition classes will be streamed except the junior classes.

Streaming of junior classes (participants under the age of 15) is subject to strict regulations set by the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF). According to these regulations, live streaming of junior and children’s classes is generally not permitted.
